Group Classes

Cancellations: Your monthly payment reserves your place in class - no make-ups.

Payment:  Payments are due before or at the first lesson of each month.

Withdrawals: One month notice is required for withdrawal from any program.

Private Lessons

Cancellations: Make up lessons will be given only under the following circumstances.

In case of illness, notice must be given no later than 12 noon of lesson day.

In case of schedule conflict, notice must be given no later than 5 days in advance of lesson day.

All lessons missed by the teacher will be made up.

Payment: Tuition payments are due before or at the first lesson of each month. Tuition reserves student's exclusive lesson time. Tuition is non-refundable.

Withdrawals: One month's notice must be given for discontinuing lessons for any reason. Once a student starts lessons, it's expected that they continue until the end of the school year.
